Meet our Founder

Meet Lewamm Ghebremariam (she/her), a Berlin-based Diversity Consultant and Culture Entrepreneur with Eritrean heritage. Lewamm's mission is to promote constructive dialogue within society, drawing from her distinctive background and life experiences. As a Black woman in Germany, she offers a treasure trove of insights and knowledge, which she is passionately dedicated to sharing to inspire growth and learning in others.

Her personal journey is one of remarkable transformation. Having spent several years as a political campaign strategist, Lewamm made a pivotal shift into the realm of culture and diversity consulting, now working with the esteemed Lemlem Culture boutique agency. Her primary focus is advising cultural sector companies on matters of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Her extensive expertise in marketing and strategy is further bolstered by a track record of supporting influential activists and campaigns, resulting in national and international recognition.

For her tireless work promoting marginalized voices in civil society, music, and club culture, Lewamm earned a place in the Alternative Power 100 Music List 2020 by shesaid.so and Native Instruments. Among other things, she co-founded the Awareness Akademie, demonstrating her influence and leadership in shaping the club scene towards greater awareness, low-discrimination, diversity, and sustainability. Her unwavering commitment to creating a fairer society extends far beyond her professional pursuits.
