Rooted in the Eritrean word Lemlem, meaning to flourish, our work turns conversations about inclusion, awareness, and belonging into real world practices that shape how people gather, work, and celebrate together.

Over the past six years, we have supported some of Europe’s most influential cultural spaces, including UEFA EURO 2024 Pride House, festivals such as Lollapalooza Berlin, splash! Festival, Feel Festival, and WHOLE Festival, conferences including UN-Habitat, XP Music Futures, Reeperbahn Festival, Keychange.eu, Frankfurt Digital Book Fair, and Factory Berlin; and collaborated with brands and organizations like Jägermeister, Beatport, SIP by Ricard Pernod, Delivery Hero, Change.org, and Wikimedia Foundation.

In 2025 alone, our Culture of Care and Awareness work has touched more than 200,000 people across the cultural sector.

Lewamm Ghebremariam (she/her) is a Berlin-based Diversity Consultant and Culture Entrepreneur of Eritrean heritage. She founded "Lemlem Culture," a boutique agency focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the cultural sector. "Lemlem," meaning "flourishing" in Eritrean, reflects her mission to foster societal dialogue and transformation.

Formerly a political campaign strategist, Lewamm now advises companies on DEI, leveraging her expertise in marketing and strategy. Recognized in the Alternative Power 100 Music List 2020, she co-founded the Awareness Akademie, promoting diversity and sustainability in the club scene. Lewamm is a driving force for change in culture and inclusion.
